We’re Hiring: Growth & Community Manager - Auction Me Vibe

Auction Me Vibe is looking for a Growth & Community Manager to help us grow our marketplace, attract creators and sellers, build an active community, and increase meaningful user activity across the platform.

This role is for someone who understands growth beyond simply posting on social media.

You will be responsible for helping Auction Me Vibe attract new users, onboard creators, grow listings, increase bidding activity, build partnerships, and develop communities around the platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Recruit creators, sellers, influencers, freelancers, artists and other interesting personalities to create listings on Auction Me Vibe.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow registered users, active bidders and sellers.

• Build and manage our online communities across WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.

• Identify opportunities to increase engagement and repeat usage.

• Work with creators to develop interesting, entertaining and shareable auction ideas.

• Grow Auction Me Vibe across TikTok, Instagram, X and other relevant channels.

• Build relationships with influencers, communities, brands, universities and potential partners.

• Develop creator acquisition, referral and ambassador campaigns.

• Turn active auctions and platform activity into content people want to share.

• Track user growth, seller growth, auction activity, bids, completed transactions, retention and other key performance metrics.

• Test new growth ideas and continuously identify what works.

We’re looking for someone with experience or strong practical knowledge in areas such as:

• Community management

• User acquisition

• Creator or influencer marketing

• Social media growth

• Partnerships

• Marketplace or startup growth

• Content strategy

• Digital marketing

• Performance marketing

You should be proactive, creative, comfortable reaching out to people, able to work independently and confident working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Most importantly, you should understand how to turn attention into actual users, sellers, listings and transactions.

Location: Nigeria / Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦200,000 per month
