Business Development Associate

Homingo is building a local-first marketplace for homes, rentals, vehicles, electronics, furniture and more. We are looking for a Sales & Growth Associate to help us expand our presence in Lucknow.

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage new business opportunities across Homingo’s target segments to drive user acquisition and strengthen market presence.
• Drive customer onboarding initiatives and ensure a seamless experience for new users joining the Homingo platform.
• Plan and execute business development and growth initiatives aligned with the company’s market expansion objectives.
• Coordinate marketing, promotional, and on-ground activation initiatives to support brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and acquisition channels that contribute to sustainable business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders across target markets.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, execute, and evaluate growth initiatives aimed at improving acquisition, engagement, and market penetration.
