As a Software Engineer, you'll build across our products, from intuitive interfaces and dependable backend services to AI capabilities that help users accomplish more. You'll own features from the first design discussion through deployment, work directly with the team shaping the product, and see your decisions reach real users.

Your mandate

Take a problem worth solving and build a product experience people want to use.

Understand the need, challenge assumptions, choose a practical approach, and carry the work through to production. Keep improving it as you learn.

What you'll build

• Complete product experiences. Turn ideas into working features across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• AI-powered capabilities. Bring language models, agents, retrieval, and workflow automation into useful, intuitive applications.
• Reliable services and integrations. Build APIs, connect business systems, and make data move accurately between them.
• Software that holds up in production. Write maintainable code, test important behaviour, investigate failures, and improve performance.
• A faster development process. Use AI coding tools thoughtfully to explore approaches, accelerate implementation, and strengthen your work. Own the quality of everything you ship.
• A better product with every release. Work closely with teammates and users to identify friction, simplify experiences, and make improvements that matter.

You'll thrive here if

• You have strong programming fundamentals and have built software beyond tutorials.
• You're comfortable with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python and can learn the tools a problem requires.
• You understand APIs, databases, authentication, and how frontend and backend systems work together.
• You care about the user experience as much as the implementation.
• You can break an unclear problem into manageable steps and make progress independently.
• You use AI tools with curiosity and judgment, reviewing their output and understanding the code you deliver.
• You communicate clearly, welcome feedback, and take responsibility for finishing what you start.

Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python backends, SQL databases, cloud deployment, or LLM applications would be valuable. We care most about your engineering ability, product instincts, and willingness to learn.
