Zoho HRMS Analyst

We are looking for a Business Applications Consultant to help clients streamline their HR and people-related processes using cloud-based business applications.

The ideal candidate will have a background in HR/HR operations and hands-on experience working with Zoho People software. This is a client-facing role involving requirements understanding, application setup, user support, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client HR processes and business requirements.
• Configure and support Zoho People based on client requirements.
• Assist with employee management, attendance, leave, onboarding, and other HR-related workflows.
• Provide application support and help users resolve system-related queries.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the technical team for customized requirements.
• Support client onboarding, user training, and application adoption.
• Maintain documentation related to implementations and support activities.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in HR/HR Operations, HRMS, or HR software support/implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho People is preferred/required.
• Good understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Experience with other HRMS platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Comfortable working with software applications and learning new tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving.
