About FORMR
FORMR is a pre-launch sports-tech platform founded by Rennie Curran, former NFL linebacker. We are building the platform that connects athletes, coaches, trainers, and fans in one community ecosystem. Our go-to-market strategy involves grassroots ambassador partnerships, college sports organizations, UGA alumni networks, and brand partnerships. We are looking for a sharp business development intern who wants to build skills and make real impact at a startup with a real founder and a real story.

What You Will Do
• Research and identify potential partnership targets: college programs, alumni associations, sponsors, media organizations
• Draft outreach emails and partnership proposals
• Track outreach and follow-ups in a CRM or spreadsheet
• Research competitors and compile market intelligence reports
• Help build contact databases for ambassador recruitment and corporate sponsorship outreach
• Support the preparation of investor and sponsor presentations
• Assist with Handshake and Wellfound job posting management and candidate coordination

What We Are Looking For
• Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related program
• Strong writing and communication skills — your emails will represent FORMR
• Organized and detail-oriented. You follow up without being asked.
• Genuine interest in startups, sports, or the business of athlete development
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Bonus: prior internship, sports management coursework, or previous work with a team, club, or organization
