Appointment Setter: Commission-Only Role

Kampus Konnekt49 is looking for an independent, commission-only Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads, webinar registrations, and sign-ups for our pathway and digital products.
You are not responsible for closing sales. Your job is to prospect, communicate with potential customers, qualify interest, and route them to the right offer.

You may generate leads through any legitimate method, including:

• Calling
• Email
• LinkedIn
• Social media
• Networking
• Direct messaging
• Other legitimate prospecting methods

Kampus Konnekt49 provides product information, talking points, and qualification guidance to help you succeed.

Commission
You earn a commission for each qualified lead or sign-up you generate that converts, based on the offer:
Relocation Webinar registration — [20% per registered attendee, who becomes a customer]
Pathway Access purchase — [20% per completed purchase]
Gumroad Store purchase — [10% per completed purchase]
Popup Digital Products purchase — [10% per completed purchase]

You would also get to join our German training for free if you are interested in learning German.

Commission is paid within 7 business days after the applicable customer's payment or sign-up has been confirmed. Payment via PayPal, Wise, or Bank Transfer. There is no limit on the number of commissions you can earn.

Performance Expectations

• Minimum weekly expectation: 2 qualified leads/sign-ups booked per week.
• Target performance: 5-10+ qualified leads/sign-ups per week.
• Consistent outreach and follow-up throughout each working week.
• Regular updates on outreach activity, leads contacted, and results.

Working Commitment & Independent Status
This is an independent contractor role, not employment. You choose when and where you work, provided you meet the minimum weekly commitment and communicate regularly with the Kampus Konnekt49 team. You may work with other companies as long as it doesn't create a conflict of interest.

• Avoid spam or fraudulent outreach practices.
