Full-Stack / Integration Lead – Army Vantage

Location: DC Metro Area | On-Site/Hybrid

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required

We are seeking a Full-Stack / Integration Lead to integrate data, AI/ML, Palantir Foundry/AIP, and application-development capabilities into end-to-end Army Vantage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Palantir Foundry/AIP, Python/ML, Agentic AI, and React/TypeScript components.
• Coordinate technical interfaces, APIs, dependencies, and integration activities.
• Support solution architecture, testing, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and deployment.
• Integrate backend AI/analytics capabilities with Foundry and user-facing applications.
• Collaborate with Data/ML Engineers and Foundry developers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Communicate technical approaches and integration issues to technical and mission stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, including dimensional modeling for analytical/reporting environments.
• BS in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on project experience with:
• Palantir Foundry/AIP
• Python & Machine Learning
• Agentic AI / LLMs
• React / TypeScript
• Experience integrating multiple technologies into end-to-end solutions.
• Experience using AI tools/LLMs/agents to improve development and testing.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Must be local to the DC Metro area and able to attend on-site meetings at corporate and customer locations.

Preferred

• Army Vantage or Palantir Foundry implementation experience.
• Army, DoD, or Federal mission-system experience.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Strong technical depth in Foundry, Python/ML, or Agentic AI.
