Salesforce Developer – Onsite (Richardson, TX)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Work Location: Onsite – Richardson, TX (5 days/week in office, no remote/hybrid)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. This is a fully onsite role based in Richardson, TX, ideal for a hands-on developer who thrives in a collaborative, in-office environment and has strong experience across Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
Interpret business requirements and translate them into well-documented technical user stories
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura components, and custom CSS
Implement synchronous and asynchronous processing including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled Apex jobs
Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to automate business processes
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
Apply platform security standards, enforce governance limits, and ensure best practices across data, code, and integration security
Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and troubleshooting of complex integration scenarios
Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability while maintaining compliance with platform limits and security standards
Required Skills
4–6 years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
2+ years of hands-on development experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations, external APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous processing
Strong expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, governance limits, and platform best practices
Proven experience implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions
Certifications
Salesforce Platform Developer II – Preferred
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) – Required
Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) – Required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps processes in Salesforce environments
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Work Location Requirement
This position is fully onsite in Richardson, TX. Candidates must be able to work in-office 5 days per week. No remote or hybrid arrangements available.
