About Noli Robotics

Noli Robotics builds autonomous robotic systems designed to function as the environment's immune system, detecting and responding to harmful emissions before they cause lasting damage. Our current system uses a coordinated fleet of scout, analyst, and responder units to locate, classify, and capture fugitive methane in the field.

About the Role

You will help coordinate product development and project delivery across our scout, analyst, and responder systems. Working with the founding team and engineers, you will turn customer needs into clear requirements, track milestones, and support the transition from prototype development to field testing and pilot deployment.

What You Will Do

Maintain product roadmaps, project timelines, and task trackers across engineering and business teams
Translate customer feedback and team discussions into product requirements and actionable tasks
Track project milestones, dependencies, and blockers, and follow up on next steps
Coordinate planning and documentation for product testing, demonstrations, and pilot deployments
Research customer needs and competing solutions to help inform product priorities

What We Are Looking For

Pursuing a BS or MS in Business, Engineering, Technology Management, Sustainability, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Trello, Asana, or Jira
Comfort working across technical and business teams in a fast-paced startup environment
Interest in robotics, climate technology, and product development; previous project coordination experience is a plus
