Tax Manager (Fully Remote)

Doc Wealth is hiring a Tax Manager — fully remote throughout the United States. This is a full-time role leading pods of physician clients, combining final tax return review with year-round planning and client strategy.

THREE-YEAR PATH TO NON-EQUITY PARTNER
Top-performing Tax Managers have the opportunity to advance to Non-Equity Partner within three years, building a long-term leadership career at Doc Wealth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead physician client pods across business and personal tax returns; own final review of returns prepared by a dedicated Tax Senior; guide year-round planning including S-corporation optimization, retirement planning, real estate and depreciation, multi-state work, and practice ownership; mentor your Tax Senior.

QUALIFICATIONS
CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA); 5+ years in tax preparation and planning, ideally with high-income individuals and business owners; experience guiding client planning decisions. Tax review or management experience is a plus.

This is permanently remote across the United States. Our company address is in Miami; relocation is not required. Filing-season volume is substantial, with Tax Seniors preparing returns and managers reviewing and leading.
