Role Description The Microsoft Dynamics Developer is a full-time, role based in Moorestown, NJ. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions to support business processes and improve operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include programming new features, configuring modules, and integrating Dynamics with other internal and external systems. The developer collaborates with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement reliable solutions. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and maintaining documentation for system changes and integrations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics field servince or related ERP platforms.
- Candidates should possess expertise in configuration and customization, including module setup, forms, and reports.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills for connecting with third-party applications, APIs, and internal systems.
- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with SQL, .NET, or related Microsoft technologies is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document technical solutions clearly.
