As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Manager, Engineering & Design to lead our talented engineering team and drive technical excellence across our expanding portfolio of projects.

About the Role

As the Manager, Engineering & Design, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for providing strategic, technical, and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary engineering organization. You will help ensure projects are safely executed, compliant, delivered on schedule and within budget, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team across multiple disciplines

✅ Oversee engineering execution for complex energy infrastructure and EPC projects

✅ Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

✅ Drive process improvements, innovation, and operational excellence

✅ Support business development efforts, client engagement, and proposal reviews

✅ Manage staffing, performance, training, succession planning, and employee development

✅ Establish and monitor KPIs related to engineering quality, productivity, and project delivery

✅ Contribute to company strategy and organizational growth initiatives as a member of the leadership team

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)

✔ PE License, or willingness to obtain within six months of hire

✔ 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership experience

✔ Background in natural gas, LNG, industrial gas, petrochemical, or power generation projects

✔ Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards including NFPA, API, ASME, and PHMSA

✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✔ Experience managing engineering budgets, resources, and performance metrics

📍 Location: Tewksbury, MA

✈️ Travel: Approximately 25% domestic travel, primarily throughout the Northeast and Eastern United States.
