Appointment Setter: Commission-Only Role

Retink Media is looking for an independent, commission-only appointment setter to generate qualified leads, registrations, and sign-ups for our AI marketing products and events.
You are not responsible for closing sales; your job is to prospect, communicate with potential customers, qualify interest, and route them to the right offer.

3. Outreach
You may generate leads through any legitimate method, including:

• Calling
• Email
• LinkedIn
• Social media
• Networking
• Direct messaging
• Other legitimate prospecting methods

Retink Media provides product information, talking points, and qualification guidance to help you succeed.

4. Commission
You earn a commission for each qualified lead or sign-up you generate that converts, based on the offer:

• Free website sign-up (qualified lead) [10% per completed claim]
• AI wins engagement (qualified lead) [10% per completed sign-up]
• AI Mastery Workshops registration (sample workshops) [20% per paid seat]
• simplecx/Founder Pass [20% per completed purchase]

Commission is paid within 14-21 business days after the applicable customer's payment or sign-up has been confirmed. Payment via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. There is no limit on the number of commissions you can earn.

5. Performance Expectations

• Minimum weekly expectation: [2] qualified leads/sign-ups booked per week. Target performance: [5-10+] qualified leads/sign-ups per week. Consistent outreach and follow-up throughout each working week. Regular updates on outreach activity, leads contacted, and results.
• Working Commitment & Independent Status This is an independent contractor role, not employment. You choose when and where you work, provided you meet the minimum weekly commitment and communicate regularly with the Retink Media team. You may work with other companies as long as it doesn't create a conflict of interest.

• Represent Retink Media professionally and accurately.
• Avoid misleading or deceptive claims.
• Respect prospect requests to stop contact.
• Protect confidential company and lead information.
• Avoid spam or fraudulent outreach practices.
