Electronics Engineer - Entry level

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Engineer to join our Vehicle Communications team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in embedded systems, machine communications, and vehicle network technologies. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training and work closely with a team of experienced engineers on software flashing, communication diagnostics, data collection, and system validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting and analysis of machine and vehicle communication systems.
• Perform software flashing, configuration, and validation activities.
• Collect, analyze, and document operational data from machines and vehicles in field environments.
• Assist in diagnosing communication issues involving Ethernet and CAN networks.
• Work collaboratively with a team of engineers to support development, testing, and validation efforts.
• Utilize Linux-based systems and tools for engineering tasks and diagnostics.
• Participate in shop-floor testing and field investigations as required.
• Maintain technical documentation and report findings to project teams.
• Adapt to changing project priorities and support multiple engineering activities.

Work Environment

• 25% Office-based engineering activities
• 25% Shop-floor testing and validation
• 50% Fieldwork involving machine diagnostics and data collection

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of communication protocols and embedded systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in office, shop-floor, and field environments.
• Strong learning attitude and adaptability.
