Basketball Referee

We are seeking dependable, professional, and community-minded Basketball Referees to support youth and community basketball programming.

The Referee is responsible for maintaining fair, safe, and organized games while creating a positive environment for youth, families, coaches, players, and community members.

This role goes beyond enforcing basketball rules. Referees will serve as visible leaders during games and are expected to communicate respectfully, manage difficult situations professionally, recognize escalating conflict, and help maintain a safe environment.

The ideal contractor understands that sports can be a powerful tool for youth development, mentorship, community connection, and violence prevention.
