Role: Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Location: Columbus, IN (3 days onsite)

Duration: FTE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation experience with ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Work closely with stakeholders, architects and offshore team to implement solutions as per business needs
• Write efficient and high-quality code that is scalable and maintainable.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other developers to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with latest ServiceNow releases and features.
• Ensure Technical and functional documentation of the implemented ServiceNow features

EXPERIENCE:

• Expert with 6-9 years of implementation experience of ServiceNow platform
• Strong development skills in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform: HRSD, LSD, CMDB, ITAM
• Strong development expertise in ServiceNow Agentic AI features
• Strong expertise in building ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party systems
• Ability to collaborate perfectly with offshore team
• Is passionate about learning, sharing, and further developing “best practices” and embedding it as “next practice” to achieve greater impact.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Possesses a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and a customer-service mindset.
• Is capable of out-of-the-box thinking paired with the view of the “Big Picture” to "connect the dots".
• Can challenge requirements in a constructive way to contribute to the goal of reducing maintenance efforts and ensuring upgradability by keeping complexity and customization to a minimum.

CSM, HRSD, LSD, ITAM (SAM/HAM), Agentic AI

CERTIFICATIONS:

(CSA and one CIS certification in below module is mandatory)
