Position Overview

A leading aerospace company is seeking a Financial Planner & Analyst for a Senior-level individual contributor/lead role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A and manufacturing finance, along with a proven history of progressive responsibility. This role will support financial planning and analysis across multiple entities and locations while driving improvements to financial processes, reporting, and visibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior-level individual contributor role; not a management position
• Seeking someone with 6+ years of experience and a strong career progression
• Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Strong FP&A background required
• ERP experience is important, particularly familiarity with ERP systems, integrations, and process improvements
• Full-scale ERP implementation experience is not required
• They use Infor and IFS, but do not expect candidates to have experience with those specific systems
• Strong Excel skills required
• Power BI and/or Marquee experience is a plus but not required
• QuickBooks experience is also a plus/not required
• Experience working across multiple entities, locations, and companies is important
• CPA is a nice-to-have, but not required
• Experience with cash flow and process improvement is important

Travel:

• Approximately 20–30% travel
• Travel Expectation is one week per month
