We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist or Marketing Intern to join our growing team and work directly with our Marketing Lead to grow TestSprite's brand across Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow TestSprite's social presence (Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create short-form content — videos, visuals, and posts that connect with the developer community.
• Support influencer and community outreach, hackathons, and content partnerships.
• Research and track growth opportunities in AI, dev tools, and PLG spaces.
• Collaborate with lead and founders on campaign ideas, product launches, and storytelling.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for startups, developer tools, or AI innovation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (especially TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Creative thinker who can turn technical topics into engaging, relatable content.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

• Technical or coding background (even basic familiarity is a big plus).
• Prior experience managing or growing a social account, personal or professional (30k+ followers).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) or SaaS marketing.
