Genuinely strong with Claude Code, daily driver, not "I tried it once." You build real pipelines with it, not just prompts

A day in the job: a client asks for every ops lead at mid-market 3PLs that posted a warehouse-systems role in 90 days — enriched, verified, suppressed against their CRM, live Friday. Done badly, 60 are the client's own customers, the count is inflated, 90 emails bounce and the sending domains freeze. Nobody lied to the agent — you just never checked. Done properly, you build a gate that reconciles the count AND re-checks a sample of everything marked safe-to-send. Seniority is whether you build that second check without being told to.

You'll own: lead engines end to end, signal discovery, deliverability diagnosis, live campaign management, direct API automation (Instantly, SalesRobot, ZoomInfo, Attio, etc.), and client-facing reporting that survives scrutiny.
