We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined freshers who are interested in working
with hardware, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning new technologies.

Position : System Engineer – Maintenance
Experience: Freshers
CTC: ₹3 LPA
Location: Based on business requirement
Work Type: Field / Customer Site

Key Responsibilities:
● Install, configure, and support hardware and technical systems at customer locations.
● Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
● Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hardware-related
issues.
● Attend customer service requests and assist in resolving technical problems.
● Perform routine equipment health checks and inspections.
● Maintain service reports and update maintenance activities.
● Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for issue resolution.
● Provide timely technical support to customers.
● Follow all required safety procedures while working at customer sites.
● Travel to customer locations as required.
● Learn and work with new technologies related to Industrial IoT, Smart Factory
Solutions, automation, and connected devices.

Educational Qualifications:
● ITI – Electrician
● ITI – Electronics Mechanic
● ITI – Fitter
● ITI – Instrumentation
● Diploma – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
● Diploma – Electrical Engineering
● Diploma – Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
● Diploma – Mechanical Engineering
● Diploma – Mechatronics
● Diploma – Instrumentation / related technical disciplines

Required Skills:
● Basic understanding of electrical, electronics, mechanical, or hardware systems.
● Basic knowledge of electrical and hand tools.
● Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
● Willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
● Good communication and customer interaction skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Willingness to work at customer sites and travel as required.
● Positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in the technical/maintenance field.

Experience:
● Freshers are encouraged to apply.
● Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in maintenance, field service, installation,
technical support, industrial automation, ELV, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, electrical
maintenance, or electronics maintenance may also apply.
