🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Project Manager – Single-Cell & Spatial Transcriptomics

Admera Health is looking for a motivated scientist to join our Biopharma Services team and support our growing single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and NGS projects.

Position

Technical Project Manager – Single-Cell & Spatial Transcriptomics

Working closely with clients, laboratory teams, bioinformatics, R&D, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and NGS projects from start to finish

• Communicate with customers and provide technical guidance and project updates

• Support experimental design, sample requirements, sequencing strategy, and troubleshooting

• Coordinate with lab, bioinformatics, and R&D teams

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and data quality

• Support new technologies and workflow development

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, Bioinformatics, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in genomics, NGS, biotech, academic research, or related areas preferred

• Familiarity with single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, or NGS is preferred

• Experience with platforms such as 10x Genomics, Parse Biosciences, Visium, STOmics, Xenium, or CosMx is a plus

• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working directly with customers and multiple internal teams

• Strong interest in learning and adopting new genomics technologies
