Full-Stack Developer

Unize is seeking a full-time Full-Stack Developer to help us build Web 10, an advanced, societally beneficial design for the future of knowledge work, operating systems, and the internet. As one of the two main developers on our team, you’ll own major parts of the Unize application. You’ll research how to implement new capabilities efficiently using JavaScript and our full-stack framework, Convex; contribute to architecture decisions; build prototypes and features; and improve reliability and scalability.

Strong JavaScript full-stack development experience will be particularly helpful, especially experience developing and launching applications from scratch. Familiarity with any of the following is helpful (but can be learned after starting): knowledge management apps, graph databases, Convex, and integrating AI into apps (including building MCP servers, RAG workflows, and agents/harnesses).
