Senior full stack engineer

About the Role
At Stylework, you will work across our product platforms and backend services, taking features from
design through to production. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership: you will build the
frontend, the APIs behind it, and the deployment pipeline that ships it. You will work closely with a
small, senior engineering team where individual ownership is high and scope is broad.

Experience Required
• 4-8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.

Must-Have Skills

• React.js
• Node.js CI/CD
• TypeScript
• MongoDB
• AWS or GCP
• PostgreSQL

Good-to-Have Skills
• Golang
• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Kubernetes deployments
• System architecture and design
• Microservices architecture
• Performance optimization and scalability best practices

Key Expectations
• Independently design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications.
• Strong understanding of backend APIs, database design, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with modern engineering practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and
DevOps workflows.

What Success Looks Like
• In the first 90 days: shipping features to production independently and owning at least one service
end to end.
• Comfortable being on-call for the systems you own, with support from the wider team.
• Raising engineering standards through code review, documentation, and test coverage.
