Graph Database Specialist

We are looking for a Graph Database Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Neo4j, Cypher, Graph Data Modeling, and Java/Spring Boot to design and develop scalable, production-grade graph and backend solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience building Java/Spring Boot microservices and APIs, optimizing Neo4j queries and graph models, and working with large-scale data systems. Experience with Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, and Telecom/RAN environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement graph data models in Neo4j for complex relationship-driven use cases.
• Develop and optimize Cypher queries and tune Neo4j performance at scale.
• Build scalable and secure Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
• Design and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs, including API versioning and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and production releases.
• Support CI/CD processes and follow engineering, security, and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers on Neo4j, graph modeling, Java, and Spring Boot best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Neo4j and Cypher experience in production environments.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot development experience.
• Solid understanding of Graph Data Modeling and schema design.
• Experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Spark, or other Big Data/streaming technologies.
• Telecom domain experience.
• Knowledge of RAN architecture, network topology, cell site inventory, or OSS/BSS.
• Experience with network configuration management and network KPI data.
• Knowledge of APOC procedures and Neo4j graph algorithms.
• Experience with Neo4j clustering / high-availability environments.
• Docker / Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with large-scale, high-volume data processing systems.
