Senior DevOps / Lead DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Lead DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and operating reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical expertise with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and support mission-critical platforms in global environments.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.
Build and maintain highly available, scalable, and resilient production environments.
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform.
Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement infrastructure and configuration automation using tools such as Ansible.
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using modern observability platforms.
Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve platform reliability.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and global engineering teams.
Participate in architecture decisions, technical planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance across the team.
Support production environments and participate in on-call rotations when required.
Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Advanced experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience with Ansible or similar automation and configuration management tools.
Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Solid Linux administration and scripting experience.
Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and production troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of networking, security, scalability, and high-availability architectures.
Experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical production environments.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Advanced English proficiency is required due to collaboration with international teams.
