Fullstack Engineer

Kanmon is a Series A fintech focused on small-business lending. Its product helps small businesses access and manage capital, including financial products and money movement. The engineering team works across the full product and technology stack, with engineers taking end-to-end ownership from building features through launch and iteration.

Kanmon is looking for an early-career full-stack engineer who wants to build, own, and ship. Our engineers do it all: from thinking through the product and customer problem to building across the front and back end, shipping to production, and owning what happens afterward. This isn’t an environment with layers of specialized teams and handoffs. Engineers have broad ownership and are expected to figure things out.

We’re looking for someone with roughly 1-4 years of experience who is hungry to learn, highly resourceful, and wants significant responsibility early in their career. We care more about trajectory than tenure and value strong fundamentals, initiative, product instincts, and a genuine builder mentality.
