About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Django Developer Intern to work on the backend development and API integration of our mobile application. You will collaborate with our mobile app development team to build scalable APIs, manage databases, and implement backend functionality using Python and Django.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend APIs for mobile applications using Python and Django.
• Build RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Integrate Django APIs with mobile applications.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Implement user authentication, authorization, and data management.
• Develop backend functionality for mobile app features.
• Debug and resolve API and backend issues.
• Collaborate with Flutter / mobile app developers.
• Test APIs using Postman and other testing tools.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control.
• Optimize API performance and ensure reliable data communication.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of Django and Django REST Framework.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of API integration with mobile applications.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Flutter or React Native developers.
• Knowledge of JWT authentication.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Firebase.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Docker, or backend deployment.
• Experience developing APIs for mobile applications.

Eligibility

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science or related fields.
• Students, freshers, and aspiring backend developers can apply.
• Candidates with Django projects or GitHub repositories are preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work on real-world mobile app projects.
