JAVA Developer / Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a strong Java Developer with solid hands-on experience in Core Java, data structures and algorithms, problem-solving, and software design. The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals and be able to independently analyze problems, design solutions, and write clean, maintainable code without relying heavily on AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications and backend services.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Core Java, OOP principles, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and Java fundamentals.
• Analyze technical problems independently and develop efficient solutions.
• Apply data structures and algorithms to solve coding and application-level problems.
• Participate in application and component-level design discussions.
• Develop clean, efficient, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
• Review code and provide technical feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools where appropriate, while maintaining the ability to understand, validate, troubleshoot, and independently implement solutions.
