Frontend Designer / Developer

Interface Design & Development

• Design and build responsive, modern web interfaces on top of Laravel Blade, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js.
• Create 3D-animated interface elements — onboarding flows, live agent-activity visualizations, campaign-approval screens, and other moments where a flat UI won't do the product justice.
• Own the design system — our dense, high-signal, command-driven visual language (inspired by tools like the GCP/AWS console, not generic purple-gradient SaaS templates). ### Product Collaboration
• Work directly with the backend/AI team to wire real, live data into clean, fast interfaces — leads, AI agent timelines, support tickets, billing, and (soon) ad-campaign drafts awaiting human approval.
• Turn rough product requirements into working screens quickly, iterating with a solo technical founder rather than a large design committee. ### Quality & Performance
• Fix real UX issues in the live product (layout bugs, responsiveness gaps, information density problems) as they're identified.
• Keep animations and 3D elements performant across devices — beautiful but never sluggish.
• Maintain cross-browser and mobile responsiveness across the full workspace. ### Core Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel (ideally Laravel 13) and PHP 8.4+
• Comfortable working directly in Blade templates within a real, live Laravel codebase
• Real experience designing responsive, user-friendly web application interfaces — portfolio or live product examples required
• Genuine, demonstrable experience building 3D and animated web interfaces, using tools such as:
• Three.js or raw WebGL for 3D scenes and objects
• GSAP (GreenSock) or a comparable animation library for complex motion sequences
• CSS3 3D transforms, perspective, and transitions for lighter-weight 3D effects
• Solid command of Tailwind CSS (or a comparable utility-first CSS framework)
• Experience with Alpine.js or a similarly lightweight JS framework (we are intentionally not a heavy SPA)
• Comfortable with Git-based collaborative workflows ### Nice to Have
• Experience designing UX for AI or agentic products — approval flows, live status/timeline views, real-time activity feeds
• A strong eye for dark-themed, high-contrast interface design
• Experience with data-dense dashboards (analytics tools, admin consoles, developer tools)
• Motion-design background — Lottie, After Effects export workflows, or similar
