Redule Ai careers

Redule AI is building the next generation of business automation with Agentic AI.

Businesses today use dozens of disconnected tools for customer communication, lead management, sales, follow-ups, support, marketing, and internal operations. Teams spend significant time moving information between systems and performing repetitive tasks that software should be able to handle.

Redule is designed to change that.

Our vision is to create an AI workforce that can understand business context, make decisions within defined rules, use connected tools, and execute work—not simply generate text. Redule brings AI agents, workflows, customer conversations, business data, and automation into one intelligent operating layer.

With Redule, businesses can deploy specialized AI agents for tasks such as customer engagement, lead qualification, follow-ups, appointment booking, sales assistance, support, and operational workflows. Agents can work across channels such as WhatsApp and Instagram while connecting with the systems businesses already use.

Our approach combines Agent Registry, Trigger Registry, Work Queues, Tool Integrations, priority and SLA logic, budget controls, and outcome verification to create a more structured foundation for autonomous business operations. Instead of treating AI as a chatbot, we are building toward AI systems that can receive a goal, determine the next action, execute through connected tools, and verify the outcome.

We believe the future of business software will move from applications that people operate manually toward intelligent systems that actively operate alongside them.

Redule's long-term ambition is simple: give every business access to an AI workforce that can operate continuously, scale with demand, and help teams focus on higher-value decisions.

We are building Redule for businesses that want to move faster, automate intelligently, and turn AI from an experimental technology into an operating capability.
