Telecaller and Program Sales Executive

About the Role

HUGGED is looking for a confident and empathetic Telecaller who can speak with parents, understand their concerns and explain our parenting programs and webinars clearly.

The main responsibility will be to convert interested parents into paid registrations through helpful conversations and consistent follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Speak with parents through phone calls and WhatsApp

Understand the parent’s concerns and requirements

Explain HUGGED programs, webinars, fees, benefits and registration process

Recommend the most relevant offering based on the parent’s needs

Follow up with interested leads regularly

Handle basic questions and sales objections confidently

Help parents complete payment and registration

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records

Share daily updates on calls, follow-ups and registrations

Escalate medical or sensitive parenting questions to the appropriate expert

Requirements

Female candidate

Fluent spoken Hindi

Comfortable speaking and writing in English

Confident and polite communication

Comfortable making regular sales and follow-up calls

Patient listener with the ability to speak sensitively with parents

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and lead tracking

Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, sales or customer support is preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

This role requires selling through trust and proper guidance. Parents should feel understood, not pressured.
