Sales & Business Development Intern

HUGGED is looking for a Sales & BD Intern who can speak comfortably with parents, understand their concerns and guide them towards the right HUGGED program or webinar.

Responsibilities

• Speak with parents through calls and WhatsApp
• Explain HUGGED’s programs, webinars, pricing and registration process
• Understand each parent’s needs before suggesting an offering
• Follow up with interested parents and nurture leads
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up trackers
• Help parents complete registrations
• Support partnership and referral outreach
• Share common questions, objections and parent feedback with the team
• Escalate medical or sensitive parenting questions to the appropriate expert

Requirements

• Fluent spoken Hindi and comfortable conversational English
• Clear and friendly Hindi/Hinglish communication
• Confident speaking with parents over calls
• Patient, empathetic and good at listening
• Consistent with follow-ups and record-keeping
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
• Sales or customer-support experience is an advantage

This is not an aggressive sales role. Parents should feel understood and supported, not pressured.
