Role Profile

We are seeking a data-driven Procurement Analytics & Performance Specialist to enhance procurement performance through advanced analytics, market intelligence, reporting, and KPI management. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights that support strategic sourcing, supplier performance, cost optimization, and informed business decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze spend, supplier performance, and market trends to identify savings opportunities, improve procurement effectiveness, and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Develop cost models, business cases, forecasts, and financial analyses to support procurement decisions.
• Create and maintain procurement dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and executive-level performance summaries using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Monitor procurement metrics including cost savings, contract compliance, supplier performance, and procurement cycle times.
• Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking, and competitive analysis to support sourcing and supplier management strategies.
• Support procurement systems, reporting automation, data quality initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Equipment, and business stakeholders to deliver insights and drive business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, business analytics strategic sourcing, or a related analytical role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong experience with spend analysis, cost modelling, and procurement reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, procurement processes, and market analysis.
• Experience working with JDE and other ERP systems including and procurement systems; Coupa experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Data

Salary range $84,000 - $100,000
