beɘmz is a commission-free geo-social platform for restaurants and retail businesses. We're building our first 100 customers in the US and UK, and we need someone relentless on the phone to get owners signed up.

COMPENSATION — TARGET-BASED
There is no fixed stipend for the first three months. You earn on what you produce.

Daily dial target: 60 to 80 calls.A qualifying registration = the business owner or decision-maker completes sign-up on the beɘmz platform during or immediately after your call.Paid monthly against the shared call log. Duplicate dials to the same contact, and registrations the prospect didn't actually complete, do not count.At the end of three months: a full-time offer with a fixed monthly salary plus a per-registration incentive, decided on your numbers and your discipline. Conversion is not automatic and we will not pretend it is.

HOW YOU CONVERT
We review at week 4 and week 8 on four things: dial discipline, registrations completed and verified, quality of your written handoff, and coachability.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
0 to 1 years of experience. Freshers welcome.Fluent, neutral-accent English — you'll be cold-calling restaurant and retail owners in the US and UK, not internal teams.Comfortable working US or UK calling hours (evening/night IST) — tell us which shift you can commit to.You are not scared of being hung up on 50 times a day.Your own laptop, a phone with a working plan, stable internet, a quiet place to call from.
