The Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Product Manager to join our core team. You will be the bridge between our clients and our technical teams, driving the development of solutions that bring tangible value to our partners.

• Product Execution: Lead end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation to prototyping / write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), overseeing sprints and priorities through delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, operations, customer success, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Client Discovery: Be obsessed with user feedback. Talk directly with clients and stakeholders to understand pain points, test concepts, and advocate for user-centric solutions.
• Strategic Execution: Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision, continually refining features based on healthcare data analytics and user behavior.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Experience: 3–5 years of working experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related field.
• Healthcare Domain (Preferred): Experience in health tech, specifically working with claims data, healthcare data analytics, and care navigation.
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred): A strong understanding of the self-funded insurance space, the TPA landscape, and the overarching patient experience.
• Product Development Process Knowledge: Knowledge of the intricacies of the product development life cycle, and what makes a product truly successful.
