TEC is seeking a Project Manager for our Structures Group to join us as our Bridge Team Leader in our Worcester, MA office!

What you’ll bring to the team:

• A proven ability (and passion) for coaching, mentoring, and elevating engineering staff
• Strong engineering skills in bridge design and structural calculations
• The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple project tasks, and drive assignments to the finish line
• Strong verbal and written skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and present confidently to clients

Qualifications:

• BS in civil engineering or related field
• Licensed PE required (or ability to obtain PE within first 6 months)
• 8+ yrs related experience with transportation related structures
• Familiarity with AASHTO and MassDOT design manuals, standards and procedures
