Job Summary

Evalueserve is building an AI adoption offering as a core revenue stream. This solution offering helps enterprise clients design, operationalise, and govern AI agents at scale. The five pillars of this practice are: agent design, agent operationalisation, quality control, compliance and control, and lifecycle management of agents.

We are hiring a Solution Architect and Forward Deployed Engineer to bring this solution to life in the US market. This person will work alongside our sales team to engage financial services and corporate clients, lead technical conversations before the deal is signed, and take ownership of delivery after the deal is won.

This is an early and high-impact role. You will help shape how Evalueserve positions and delivers AI adoption services. As the practice validates and scales, you will grow the team around you.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sale: Client Engagement & Solution Design

• Partner with the sales team to lead technical discovery conversations with financial services and corporate prospects.
• Translate client problems into structured AI adoption roadmaps across the five practice pillars.
• Design and present solution architectures that demonstrate Evalueserve's AI adoption capabilities.
• Build compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical narratives that accelerate deal closure.
• Act as the primary technical voice in client meetings, responding to complex questions about agent design, governance, and compliance.

Post-Sale: Delivery & Client Success

• Take end-to-end ownership of delivery once a deal is signed, ensuring the solution is implemented to the standard promised during the sale.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with Evalueserve's global delivery organisation.
• Build lasting relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted adviser on AI adoption strategy.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Capability Building

• Document delivery patterns, reusable frameworks, and lessons learned to accelerate future engagements.
• Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and go-to-market materials for the AI adoption practice.
• Hire and mentor future team members as the solution scales.
• Provide structured feedback from the field to the product and practice leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, solutions architecture, or enterprise software delivery.
• Proven track record working with financial services clients (banking, insurance, asset management, capital markets) or large corporates in a technical advisory or delivery capacity.
• Experience in a forward deployed engineer or similar client-facing technical role at a technology firm, management consultancy, or professional services organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full deal lifecycle from technical discovery through to solution delivery.

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of AI and machine learning systems, including large language models, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments, with an understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with enterprise compliance and governance requirements, particularly in regulated industries such as financial services.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and demonstrate solutions; hands-on comfort with Python, cloud platforms, or similar tooling is an advantage.

Commercial & Leadership Skills

• Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to present confidently to C-suite and senior technology leaders.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of deal structuring, pricing, and scope management.
• Collaborative and low-ego; equally comfortable working with a salesperson, a data scientist, and a compliance officer.
• A self-starter who operates well in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with limited structure.
