Job Title: Consultant – Sr. Mobile Application Development
Location / Work Mode: Remote
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST
Work Commitment: Initial 3-month full-time contract, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements and performance
Experience: 4–6 years

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Consultant – Sr. Mobile Application Development with 4–6 years of experience in native mobile application development.
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in either native Android development using Kotlin/Java or native iOS development using Swift.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable building and maintaining mobile applications, working with REST APIs, following mobile application architecture, troubleshooting issues, and supporting application releases and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain native mobile applications for Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
Build user-friendly and reliable mobile applications based on business and technical requirements.
Integrate mobile applications with backend services using REST APIs.
Implement features such as authentication, push notifications, deep linking, and localization.
Follow mobile application architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
Debug and resolve application issues and optimize application performance.
Manage application builds, versioning, and deployment to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Work closely with backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver mobile applications.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of application quality.
Use tools such as Git, JIRA, Android Studio, and Xcode, as applicable.
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
Stay updated with mobile development technologies and best practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Android Developers
Strong experience in Kotlin and Java.
Good understanding of the Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design.
Experience with MVVM or Clean Architecture.
Familiarity with Hilt or Dagger for dependency injection.
Experience with Room Database, Retrofit, Coroutines, and Flow.
Experience working with REST APIs and authentication.
Familiarity with push notifications, deep linking, and localization.
Experience with Android Studio, Git, and Google Play Store deployment.

iOS Developers
Strong experience in Swift.
Good understanding of UIKit and SwiftUI.
Experience with the iOS SDK and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
Familiarity with Combine, Core Data, URLSession, and modern iOS architecture.
Experience with MVVM or Clean Architecture.
Experience working with REST APIs and authentication.
Familiarity with push notifications, deep linking, and localization.
Experience with Xcode, Git, and Apple App Store deployment.

Nice to Have
Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
Knowledge of Firebase.
Knowledge of JWT authentication.
Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications.
Experience with StoreKit or AVFoundation for iOS.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work remotely during the agreed working hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST.
Ability to commit to the initial 3-month full-time consulting engagement.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
