Inbound Sales Representative – Mexico (Remote)

YCloud is a Premier WhatsApp Business Solution Provider offering cloud messaging solutions. We are looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Inbound Sales Representative based in Mexico to support qualified lead conversion for our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of qualified inbound leads assigned by the company and drive activation, follow-up, negotiation, and conversion.
• Understand client needs and challenges and present relevant SaaS solutions through product demonstrations and consultations.
• Manage the sales process and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the client journey.
• Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing product guidance.
• Capture client requirements and feedback and communicate key insights to internal teams.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Spanish.
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above for internal communication and documentation.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, pre-sales, customer success, or a related commercial role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote and cross-cultural environment.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with WhatsApp Business Platform, WhatsApp BSPs, CPaaS, business messaging, or conversational commerce is strongly preferred.

Contract and Compensation:

• independent contractor agreement.
• Fixed monthly base fee plus uncapped commission.
• Estimated monthly on-target earnings: USD 1,200–2,200.
