Role Description The Solutions Engineer Cloud is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, OH, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting cloud security solutions that leverage TrendAI Vision One™ across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales and customer success teams to understand customer requirements, creating technical architectures, and conducting product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations. The Solutions Engineer Cloud will help customers integrate TrendAI™ technologies with platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and NVIDIA environments, ensuring secure deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization. The role also involves documenting solutions, responding to technical inquiries, providing training and enablement for customers and internal teams, and staying current with emerging cloud and AI security trends.

Qualifications

• Cloud platform expertise in environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of security concepts including network security, identity and access management, endpoint protection, and threat detection and response.
• Experience with solution design, architecture diagrams, and implementation of enterprise-grade cloud or security solutions.
• Ability to work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform) is beneficial.
• Background in AI, machine learning, or data analytics in the context of security operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and coordinate with distributed teams.
