Full-Stack App & Web Developer — React Native, Next.js, Node (Remote, India)

PadosiPro Private Limited runs two products. We are hiring one developer to own both.

PadosiPro is a lifestyle management service for Indian households. A household sends us anything that needs handling — a repair, an errand, a doctor's appointment, travel, vendor coordination, paperwork — and a dedicated Lifestyle Manager owns it until it is done. A large share of our customers live abroad while their parents live in India.

Fofees is a foods-and-festivals travel concierge for foreigners visiting India — itineraries, on-ground hosts, and the coordination behind them.

Both are live, both have paying customers, and both are held together by more manual work than they should be. Your job is to close that gap.

What already exists

So you know what you are joining rather than guessing:

• A customer mobile app on React Native / Expo, live on the web, with email OTP authentication in production.
• A Node/TypeScript API on Postgres, deployed on Vercel, with Razorpay wallet payments and a WhatsApp Business integration.
• An internal founder dashboard — Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, Postgres — that runs leads, hiring, vendors and operations across both companies.
• Two marketing sites, both indexed and both with real organic traffic to protect.

This is not a greenfield project and it is not a legacy mess. It is an early codebase that works, shipped fast, and now needs someone who will own it properly.

What you will do

Own development end to end — architecture, UI/UX, deployment, monitoring, optimisation and maintenance. There is no separate DevOps person, no separate designer, and no one to hand a ticket to.

Build the four applications, properly. Premium, minimal and genuinely fast:

• Customer — authentication, service discovery, booking and request flows, notifications, payments, live tracking, reviews, support.
• Vendor — onboarding, dashboards, service and catalogue management, availability, order handling, payouts, performance tracking.
• Lifestyle Manager / Admin / Founder — assignment, escalation, SLA visibility, and the operational reporting the business actually runs on.

Make the websites earn their traffic. Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, performance, accessibility, analytics, conversion and organic search growth — as an owned number, not a one-off audit.

Integrate the things the business runs on. Payment gateways, WhatsApp, email and SMS, CRM, analytics, advertising platforms and third-party APIs.

Build automated lead funnels. Capture leads from the websites, Instagram, WhatsApp and marketing campaigns, and route them into one central CRM and founder dashboard, without anyone copying a row by hand.

Build AI-powered automations and agentic workflows for lead qualification, follow-ups, customer support, vendor coordination, marketing and internal operations. This is a real part of the role, not a buzzword at the bottom of the post — the manual coordination load is the single biggest constraint on the business, and automating it is the highest-leverage engineering work here.

Above all we need a high-ownership builder: someone who moves extremely fast, automates their own repetitive work, solves problems independently, and can take a product from idea to production to scale.

The hard parts, stated honestly

You will be the engineering function, not a member of it. That means the interesting architectural calls are yours, and so are the 11pm production issues. There is no one to escalate to.

You will work directly with the founder, on a business that is still finding its shape. Priorities will change, and some of what you build will be thrown away. If you need a settled roadmap and a defined ticket queue, this will frustrate you.

The scope on this page is genuinely large — two products, four applications, two websites, plus the automation layer. Nobody ships all of it in a quarter. We are looking for someone who can sequence it honestly and say what they are not doing this month, rather than someone who agrees to everything.

What we do not require

A computer science degree, a particular college, or a specific number of years. We care about what you have actually built and whether you can show it to us and explain the decisions in it.

If you have shipped and operated something real — your own product, a freelance build you still maintain, or a startup codebase you owned — that is worth more here than a title at a large company.
