About Noli Robotics
Noli Robotics builds autonomous robotic systems designed to function as the environment's immune system, detecting and responding to harmful emissions before they cause lasting damage. Our current system uses a coordinated fleet of scout, analyst, and responder units to locate, classify, and capture fugitive methane in the field.
About the Role
You will support research and analysis to help assess the environmental impact of our methane detection and capture systems. You will work with the technical and business teams to evaluate emissions reduction potential, research relevant policies, and document sustainability considerations as we move toward field testing.
What You Will Do
• Research methane emissions, monitoring requirements, and mitigation practices across target industries
• Support greenhouse gas emissions calculations and preliminary life cycle assessments, documenting data sources and assumptions
• Compare materials and components based on environmental impact, durability, and end-of-life options
• Organize environmental data and prepare summaries for pilot proposals, grant applications, and partner discussions
• Work with engineering teammates to identify data needed to evaluate system performance and environmental benefits
What We Are Looking For
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with greenhouse gas accounting, life cycle assessment, or environmental policy through coursework or project experience
• Strong research and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Clear writing, careful documentation, and an interest in applying sustainability research to robotics
