About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in delivering an excellent client experience.

In this role, you will support client onboarding, coordinate project delivery, maintain content schedules, and help ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the client journey. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to keep projects organized, on track, and aligned with expectations.

Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding and Support:

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and assist them in onboarding.
• Coordinate and manage content submission and publishing on our media platforms.
• Provide clients with feedback and updates on their content.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
• Share links to clients for their published content.

Communication and Reminders:

• Keep clients informed about upcoming content deadlines and package features.
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Operational Tasks:

• Support various operational tasks to assist both the team and clients.
• Ensure smooth and efficient project execution to meet client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Language Studies, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• 6+ months of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience with USA-based clients.
• Background in customer service and relationship-building, emphasizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working remotely in an English-speaking environment is highly desirable.

Nice to have :

• Familiarity with or an interest in artificial intelligence (AI) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in media or public relations companies is considered an advantage.
