You like a tidy day’s work where all the little things are done and add up to big steps. Emails are answered, people are tagged in, projects have moved, tasks are touched, and clients know what's happening.

You like flow and know how to keep energy moving.

We’re looking for a strong coordinator to work closely with me, Reuben, across client communication, projects and task management, business development and the systems that keep Round 3 moving.

ClickUp, Highlevel, Google Workspace are our main tools to keep things humming along. You should have experience or interest in them. The tools matter, but the way you think matters more.

You should have exceptional command of the English language, strong communication instincts and enough confidence to speak up, contribute ideas and take ownership. You should enjoy making things clearer, smoother and easier to move through.

You believe in leavings things better than you found them. People, projects, systems, and more.

Experience with project management, customer service, CRM systems, ClickUp, GoHighLevel and automations is useful.

We’re a small creative company working remotely, and we want someone who likes being in the middle of things, helping the work move and making the whole thing run better.
