Independent Sales Representative — Software & AI (Commission Only)

About Montegra Studios

Montegra Studios is a Canadian custom software and AI development company. We build custom software, AI automation, internal business systems, web and mobile applications, integrations, APIs, ERP/CRM solutions, and other business technology for private-sector clients.

We are expanding our sales network and looking for independent Sales Representatives to originate new B2B opportunities.

The Role

You will independently identify and approach businesses that may need Montegra’s services through outbound email, calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, or other professional prospecting methods.

Your primary responsibility is generating and developing qualified opportunities. Montegra supports the technical side of the sales process, including discovery, scoping, estimates, proposals, contracting, and project delivery.

Our projects generally start around CAD $10,000 and can be materially larger depending on scope.

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor position.

10% commission on qualifying collected project revenue
Additional performance bonuses
No cap on qualifying commissions
No salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income

For example, qualifying CAD $50,000 in collected project revenue would generate CAD $5,000 in commission, subject to the terms of the representative agreement.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for people who can communicate professionally with business decision-makers, prospect independently, and consistently develop new opportunities.

B2B sales, business development, lead generation, technology, consulting, or professional-services experience is useful, but technical development experience is not required.

Montegra handles technical delivery. Your focus is bringing qualified business to the company.
