Position Summary:

The Project Manager will lead multiple engineering projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and client expectations from planning through completion. This role works closely with engineering teams, leadership, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while supporting proposals, client relationships, and new business opportunities.

Pay Range: $135,000 to $150,000, DOE

Essential Functions:

• Manage multiple projects while working closely with engineering teams and leadership.
• Complete all aspects of the planning process, including scope, budget, costs, schedule, and resources.
• Develop positive relationships with cross-functional/product line teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.
• Develop detailed project reports.
• Manage client interactions and negotiate/control job scope to the client’s and company’s satisfaction.
• Interface with client and vendor representatives to coordinate project requirements, resolve issues, and support successful project execution.
• Understand, develop, and maintain project schedules, project management plans, and project quality plans, and manage project staff to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide support to Sales and Marketing in the areas of bids and proposals, presentations, technical consultation, and negotiations.
• Anticipate, identify, and communicate problems that affect progress to the appropriate level of supervision internally and externally, ensuring no surprises.
• Seek opportunities to engage in new business with customers.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
• 5+ years of experience in design engineering.
• Experience with software-based project scheduling and management tools.

Working Conditions:

• This position is primarily remote and performed in a home office or virtual work environment.
• Work is generally sedentary in nature, with occasional standing and walking required.

• This role may require work in technical, client, or operational environments, which may include exposure to varying noise levels, equipment, or facility conditions.
• Standard office and computer equipment will be used regularly, and travel or on-site presence may be required as business needs dictate.
