Product Designer

We're a small, fast-moving startup building a consumer platform, led by a founder based in the US. We're looking for a Product Designer to work closely with our Product Manager and take ownership of specific modules end-to-end.

What you'll do
• Lead design for specific modules within the platform, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interaction design.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to align design decisions with product strategy and priorities.
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs are shippable and well-executed.
• Conduct or synthesize user research to inform design decisions within your modules.
• Maintain and evolve a design system for consistency across web and mobile.
• Balance craft with speed, this is a lean team where designs need to be shippable, not just beautiful.

What we're looking for
• 3 to 5 years of product design experience, with at least one instance of owning or co-owning a full product/platform (not just isolated features).
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking: problem framing, flows, and final UI.
• Comfortable collaborating with a Product Manager and engineers in a lean team.
• Experience designing for mobile apps is a plus.
• Overlap availability across IST and ET working hours.

Nice to have
• Experience in marketplaces, social, or mission-driven consumer products.
