Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to help design, build, and scale production machine learning systems. This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models in real-world environments.
You will work across model development, infrastructure, deployment, and optimization, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and data teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production use.
• Develop scalable ML services, training pipelines, and inference systems.
• Deploy and operate ML workloads using containerized and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Improve model performance, reliability, latency, and scalability.
• Design and implement robust machine learning systems and production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams on system design and technical implementation.
• Take ownership of complex technical problems from development through production deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience in machine learning, software engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining machine learning systems in production.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, data pipelines, and production software engineering.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable production systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with GPU-based training, distributed systems, or large-scale inference.
• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, or modern AI systems.
• Experience optimizing machine learning systems for performance, scalability, and cost.
• Experience contributing to system architecture and technical decision-making.
