About the job
The role
We need an editor who can move across formats without losing a point of view-event recaps, founder talking-heads, podcast clips, launch videos, docs, and whatever else comes up.
What you'll edit
Event recaps, founder/talking-head content, podcast clips, product launches, short docs — and more as the work grows.
What we need
- Social-native editing (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) — you understand pacing, hooks, and retention
- Strong narrative instinct — you find the story in raw footage
- Sharp taste in motion graphics, sound, and typography
- Fluent English (spoken + written) — non-negotiable
- Self-directed, fast, clean revisions
- Fluent in Premiere/FCP/Resolve + After Effects; you handle your own color, sound, graphics, captions
- Enough overlap with US hours for real-time feedback
