The Role

We're looking for a rare hybrid: someone who designs like a product designer and ships like an engineer. You'll own the front-end experience end to end, from the first Figma sketch to the pull request that puts it in production. No handoffs, no waiting on someone else to build your vision.

This role sits at the center of our product: Agent Studio, Scenario Studio, Training Plan Studio, and the dashboards our customers live in every day. You'll shape how thousands of reps and managers experience AI-driven training, and you'll do it with real ownership.

What We're Looking For

• Experience at an early-stage SaaS startup, familiarity with AI/LLM products, prior 0-to-1 design systems work.
• Proven experience designing and shipping production front-end code (React or equivalent)
• A strong eye for UX: low cognitive load, fast onboarding, clear information hierarchy
• Comfort operating without hand-holding

Nice To Have

• Comfortable in Figma for design and prototyping, and just as comfortable in a real codebase (React, TypeScript, Tailwind)
• Experience with Webflow or similar tools for fast landing pages and marketing surfaces outside the core
• Exposure to component libraries like shadcn/ui
• Fluent with Git/GitHub

Compensation

This is an equity-only position at this stage. We're a lean, pre-seed team heads-down on product and customer traction, targeting a seed round in the next 4-6 months. Your equity stake reflects genuine founding-level ownership in what we're building.

This role is best suited for someone who wants to bet on the upside of building something from the ground floor, not someone who needs cash compensation right now.
